About Us

Mike & Trish have had many years of experience in starting, building & procuring business. Over the years we have started and closed clinics. Acquired and sold clinics. We have conducted business in both New Zealand and Australia.

We understand the hearing health sector and have had experience from all its angles . 

A few years ago we identified the need for more assistance in the SME audiology world. There is a heap of generic business coaching available, but nothing directed to our industry. 

It is vital that we each retain our independence that is what makes us unique. While respecting your business model we can help with the areas of your business that might be bringing you down or costing you time and money that you don’t have spare.

Mike Carter

Mike is an Audiometrist with over 45 years of experience in the industry.  Mike has not only owned and managed hearing clinics but also dabbled in manufacturing.  

Trish Carter

Trish came into the hearing profession from a nursing background.  22 years working in management, creating  procedures and policies specific to audiology and implementing these into a working clinic environment. 

Being passionate about your profession is a great beginning.

You have been inspired and made the decision to offer your experience and wealth of knowledge in Audiology independently .
